My name is Brad Hughson, the owner of Bradley Hughson P.T., and I want to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

Whether it’s a weight loss goal, muscle growth goal, or all you want to do is get healthier, I want to help you get there.

Each unique goal requires a unique approach, that’s why I offer 1-on-1 coaching to give you the personal approach and accountability you need to reach your goals, with the nutrition and fitness help you need. If you’re someone who doesn’t need the accountability, but needs the structure, I offer custom programs at a fraction of the cost.

I take a sustainability first approach, meaning you won’t see fast results, but you’ll have access to all the tools and accountability you need to reach your goals and keep your results. I look forward to working with you and helping you find the new you.

  • Bradley is an amazingly comprehensive trainer. He learns everything about each of his clients and choreographs those workouts accordingly. I have been a client of Bradley’s for a year and a half and have had significant change in my physique and increased knowledge in how the body functions while weight lifting. A specific example of how Bradley tailors his workouts to his clients, is that I broke my collarbone 2.5 years ago and wanted to gain that muscle back. He has helped me progressively get mobility and strength back in what was once a damaged area. Along with the muscle gains, I have also accumulated knowledge from Bradley in regards to the amount of food intake needed to be healthy. Long story long, I have learned so much and have the muscles to show for it. Bradley is talented and he will give you all the intellect to lift safely and effectively.
